Powder coating cartridge filters are highly effective at containing powder exhaust. We manufacture cartridges here and can adjust the filter construction to your needs. Please note: We build only heavy duty top quality cartridges in accordance with industry standards. We have built cartridges up to 52" in length in spun bond polyester. This media type builds a cake on the top of the media and has open pleats with bands for support. With the reverse pulse of air it drops the cake - optimizing powder reclamation. Spun bond media types include standard, PTFE membrane, water and oil repellent, and aluminized anti-static.
