Powder coating cartridge filters are highly effective at containing powder exhaust. We manufacture cartridges here and can adjust the filter construction to your needs.

We have built cartridges up to 52" in length in spun bond polyester. This media type builds a cake on the top of the media and has open pleats. With the reverse pulse of air it drops the cake - optimizing powder reclamation. Spun bond media types include standard, PTFE membrane, water and oil repellent, and aluminized anti-static.
