Oil Mist Collectors
Our oil mist collectors work on a multi stage system to remove smaller particles with each stage. We use standardized sizes so a multitude of different filter types can be used in this housing.
- The first stage filter is a washable stainless steel media filter which can be reused many times. It removes the larger droplets of mist from the air. We offer this filter in packs of two so an extra is always available when it is time to change the filter. This method allows time to wash the filter and allow it to dry before its next use.
- The second stage filter is a multi pocket bag filter which utilizes a special backing to prevent oil from migrating downstream.
