1" Dry Filter Media Rolls
Our 1" dry filter media rolls are blue and white color. They are 100% polyester air filter media and the exact thickness is usually around 3/4".
Applications for this media include primary or prefilter for air conditioning/heating and ventilation systems, coatings booth intake and overspray collection, wraps around intakes, doorway hanging in remodeling projects to prevent dut migration while allowing airflow, and many other uses where low pressure drop filtration is needed.
Dry media works well as a prefilter or general filtration media when a MERV Rating (efficiency level) is not required. Initial Resistance = 0.07" w.g.
"Dry" indicates that this roll media does not have a tackifier on the downstream flow side. Tackifiers are applied to prevent dust migration off the media when it has some dust load and the blower of a ventilation system turns on. This event creates a sudden pressure drop.

NOTE: Shipping media rolls can be costly. For rolls less than 25" we can package the roll in a box and ship by UPS or Fedex and shipping will be completed with your checkout. We must arrange freight for rolls larger than 25". We will call you after checkout to arrange ground freight by truck.
