5 Star Filter Return Policy
Returns will be authorized within 30 days of product receipt. Authorization should be made prior to returning any items by calling our home office. If an item is repairable it will be repaired and re-shipped to fulfill the order. If an item is defective it will be replaced with no charge to the customer. Restocking fee will apply for returnable items. Items made to order are not returnable.
